How it works:

Soul Evolution is a session for those considering or embarking on a more spiritual journey through life.

The session will begin with an opening discussion of where you feel you are in your journey, and where you would like to be. Then the session or sessions will be tailored to your particular needs.

This session may include

  • Intuitive Energetics or other energy healing

  • Meditative journeys to meet your spirit guides, animal guides, ancestors or your higher self

  • Guidance around how to go about connecting with your spirit on your own

This is the session for people looking to expand their intuitive skills with either people or animals, as well as those who feel drawn to a more spiritually centred life in general.

It will include recommendations of daily practices for the following weeks which will help the aspects of your journey that we have worked with to weave into your daily life. These daily practices will vary depending on the aspect of spiritual growth worked on in the session.

It also includes ongoing support via email or message between sessions in order to offer every assistance possible. I will be there to support you as you begin your journey.
